Audentia Capital is a international financial group established in Malta in 2011, comprising primarily a regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager, registered securitisation vehicles, and other regulated investment structures. The Group manages more than 90 investment vehicles and operates across Malta, Luxembourg, Ireland, and Spain.

ACS Finance is a subsidiary of Audentia Capital Holdings Limited, the Maltese holding company of the Audentia Capital Group. The Company ultimately holds the economic rights arising from the ordinary maintenance of 15 stations on Line 9 of the Barcelona Metro.
The Company may apply for any Bonds, whether issued or to be issued, to be admitted to listing and/or trading on one or more Markets. Any Securities of the Company may also be dematerialised and registered with a central securities depository in Malta and/or elsewhere, as permitted by applicable law.
ACS Finance Plc is expected to issue and list on the Malta Stock Exchange (MSE) what would be Malta’s first rated bond, marking a significant milestone for the Maltese capital markets. Ethifinance Ratings S.L. has already assigned the bond a preliminary BBB investment-grade rating, subject to the final issuance of the bonds.

Executive Director
Mr. Llaneza holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from San Pablo CEU University in Madrid. He began his professional career at the Investment Bank of Argentaria (now BBVA) before joining UBS Warburg in Madrid and later Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in London. He held senior leadership roles at Société Générale CIB and HVB UniCredit. With over 25 years of experience, he founded the Audentia Group in 2011 and currently serves as CEO and Executive Director.

Mr. Cini holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and has been a warranted CPA since 1997. He began his career in accounting, structuring and corporate services with KPMG before moving into retail funds and stockbroking. He served as Head of Finance and Compliance and later CEO of Malta's first PIF. In 2007, he founded his own advisory firm. He has held numerous roles including Compliance Officer, MLRO, and non-executive directorships on funds domiciled in Malta, Cayman Islands, and Luxembourg.
Non-Executive Director (Audit Committee member)
Mr. Bonnett is an experienced finance professional with senior advisory roles in two 'Big Four' audit firms in Malta and the UK. He held senior executive positions as CFO and Group Finance Director. He has gained extensive experience in M&A, capital market transactions, corporate finance, strategic management, and corporate governance. He currently works as a finance management consultant and serves as chairman and independent non-executive director on various Maltese regulated and listed entities. He is a Fellow of ACCA.
Non-Executive Director (Audit Committee Chairman)
Prior to retiring in 2025, Mr. Demarco spent his entire career in banking and insurance, holding senior management roles including CFO for HSBC Bank Malta plc, CFO for MAPFRE MSV Life plc, and Chief Risk Officer for MAPFRE Middlesea plc. He is a warranted certified accountant and graduated in Accountancy from the University of Malta, also holding an MBA and an Associateship from the UK Chartered Institute of Bankers. He is a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants.
Non-Executive Director (Audit Committee member)
Mr. Cutajar is an accomplished financial services professional with over 30 years of experience in financial markets and investment banking. He spent 43 years at Bank of Valletta plc, holding senior leadership roles including Chief Officer Financial Markets & Investments and heading the Capital Funding and Issuance Unit. He currently serves as a director on the board of a leading local SICAV and holds chairmanships on various committees focused on investment strategy and governance.
